With a background as a project manager and business partner in the oil and gas industry, Alan Vando brings a unique and highly valuable perspective to The Spencer Team. A graduate of Texas A&M with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Alan's extensive professional experience is rooted in a deep understanding of value, negotiation, and meticulous detail. Having personally bought and sold over a dozen homes, and even acting as the general contractor on his own custom home build, he possesses a rare, hands-on knowledge of what truly gives a property value. Alan chose to join The Spencer Team because he is fearlessly devoted to helping others achieve their dreams. He provides clear, well-researched insights and intelligent options, empowering his clients to make the best decisions for their goals. For over 20 years, Alan has built his life and career in the Spring, Conroe, Willis, and New Waverly communities, giving him firsthand knowledge of what makes each area special. This expertise, combined with his passion for building long-term relationships, makes him a trusted and caring advocate for every client. A dedicated family man, Alan is married with three daughters, two stepsons, and two grandchildren. When he is not busy working, he enjoys maintaining his home and garden, boating on Lake Conroe, camping in The Hill Country, traveling, bowling, trivia with friends, and spending time with his family.
